i am highly tempted to post now! for reasons unknown, and i don't have anything to write about actually. i wish i could just throw away the need to revise for advanced math sa, physics quiz and the like, and just read, write, and so on; basically do what i want to do. my holidays seem really cramped anyhow, like hmm, consider this:

1st week: CAPSeminar'o7 (which i thoroughly do not mind, or in other words, would greatly enjoy; an abstinence from homework for a week may perhaps cure me of my procrastination)
5th-6th june: pb symposium (and well, almost the first large-scale pb event i've attended)
9th june: level cip (and oops, our group service-learning project is, hmm.)
20th june: yet another writing camp, though this time in chinese. O.O
some unknown date: group service-learning outing! (:

and amongst all that would be (maybe not so random) rs meetings, plus valiant attempts to finish 3 book reports for chinese, another for english and produce a decent history pt. [pffft we still haven't gotten our instruction sheets!] oh, and prepare properly for lr, read up for viva voce, write programme notes...yeah you get the idea.

but it should still be quite alright! [i think i may have been wired to be overly optimistic. which is quite good, but can be disastrous at times, seriously.] i've gotten a nice book to read for the english book report - neil gaiman's 'anansi boys' (but blah i wish i bought 'fragile things' before it got snapped up by others) - and i'm almost itching to read matthew lewis' 'the monk' for rs, after having learnt about the wonderful intricacies of gothic literature. (: amidst all that i shall find time to finish 'the inheritance of loss' and well, 'the shadow of the wind', which both look highly inviting. wish i bought 'the time traveller's wife' as well, grawr, seems like it's a real good book. then again, i wouldn't exactly have time to finish all that, would i?

it would seem as if i've gotten back some of my annotative skills, not that they're good or anything, but at least it beats floundering like a lost idiot. sonnets still disagree with me, sadly.

pfft back to revising for math then. hmph.

composed; 10:11 PM :D

MICHELLE. (:
or zongmin, in english, chinese or - okay, not really otherwise.

lives, writes, sings, plays the piano, and attempts to sound intellectual at times (conclusion: fails rather miserably).

loves music (almost strictly classical, hurhur & inclusive of faziolis!), literature (& also the sciences - no they are not in conflict), making hopelessly lame puns, laughter, white/milk chocolate, cheesecake, the world & the people in it. list not exhaustive, by the way.

wants the world to be filled with peace, joy and love, and also wants (perhaps a little more selfishly) to be happy, plus lead a life of purpose. that would be more than enough. (:

oh, and she likes embarking on her own 'free hugs!' campaigns after exams and the like; not really sure why. D: (at any rate, you can tell that she's random enough.)

loves you!♥

very plain, she knows; but this is probably herself in its entirety - nothing more than a compilation of perhaps-boring-to-you little things (and the occasional Important Event), but also nothing less than all the brilliant memories which constitutes her life, and perhaps yours.

also interpreted as an inability to express with other things but words (nothing more, nothing less!), although even words sometimes won't do enough. but she does like orange.

v2.0 (230208): maybe solid grey isn't that fantastic after all. but wordy is good, all the same. she's weird, she knows.

ver. i-pretend-that-it-is-3.0-when-i-know-it-is-not (070608): i am boring, take that. (:

v4.0 (200908): got bored, so cut down on the quasi-fanciful stuff even more. perfectly plain now, though somehow the background still doesn't work on safari / google chrome. ):
